"Real People, Real Life, Real Stuff"

Becky is pursuing her dream of writing and is working on a Christian Fiction novel.

Becky's publishing history includes the March 2009 publication of her story called "The Front Porch" published in "Chicken Soup for the Soul: The Cancer Book."  Becky is delighted to share the credit for this story with her husband, Vince.

In March 2007,  Becky had a story published in "Chicken Soup for the Soul Celebrating Mothers and Daughters."  She was published in the August 2004 issue of Guidepost Magazine with "His Mysterious Ways." 

Also in 2007, she had articles in the first two issues of "Washington County Live", a Brenham, Texas-area magazine.

Becky won first place in the 2006 San Gabriel Writers League contest with her short fiction piece entitled "A Change of Season." She was also a  finalist in the 2005 San Gabriel Writers League contest in the Flash Fiction category.

Becky's been a member of the American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW) group since 2004, and currently serves on their Operating Board as Vice-President.
